The Tennyson Road Nursery
At Alfred Lord Tennyson School, we believe play is an essential part of every child's learning. It helps build their confidence, allows them to explore, solve problems and encourages them to learn to build relationships with others. We encourage children to develop their own interests, skills and attitudes and believe this is further enabled by working closely with parents to build positive working relationships.
Our Nursery aims to provide a happy, caring, stimulating and safe environment in which every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. Through government funding children aged three and four are entitled to 15 hours care per week, however you may be able to get up to 30 hours free childcare. These spaces are limited.
